早晚各喝两杯醋水可防皮肤干燥

一般来说，女性的新陈代谢要比男性慢一些，每天的消耗量也比男性低一些，所以相比男性来说，女性更容易缺水。所以，如果你的皮肤干燥，别忘了在早上和晚上，各喝两杯醋水。具体方法是：预备两杯冷开水，再加入两勺山西老陈醋于水中，搅匀，即可饮用。长期坚持，效果显著。
    早晚两杯醋水，一定不要低估其作用。醋的主要成分是醋酸，有一定保健作用，能增加食欲、帮助消化，而且，由于醋含有丰富的钙、氨基酸、维生素B、乳酸等物质，对人体皮肤有一定好处。早上的两杯醋水可以清洁肠胃，补充夜间肌肤失去的水分。而晚上的两杯醋水，则能保证在夜间体内血液不至于因缺水而过于黏稠，因为血液黏稠会使女性大脑缺氧，脸上色素沉积，使女性提前衰老。
    喝醋的保健作用很多，但是过量也有危害。醋是一种酸性物质，食用过量不但会影响人体酸碱平衡，还会灼伤食道。特别是对胃溃疡患者来说，由于本身胃酸分泌过多，多喝醋会加重病情。要注意1天饮用醋的总量不宜过大，通常1天不超过100毫升，以20～60毫升最为适宜。
    细节提醒
    即使你的肠胃再强健，也不要在空腹时喝醋，免得刺激分泌过多胃酸，伤害胃壁。在餐与餐之间，或饭后1小时再喝醋，比较不刺激胃肠，还可帮助消化。
