莫要迷信“护眼灯”

 目前，一种“无频闪”护眼灯走俏市场，购买者大多为中小学学生家长。质监部门提醒消费者，慎购护眼灯，以防“护眼”变“害眼”。
    质监部门专家介绍，市面上销售的大多数护眼灯是采用电子镇流器，使荧光灯在高频电流下工作，频率通常在20kHz以上，相对于普通台灯，该频率能使肉眼几乎感受不到高频闪烁。但即使看不到，频闪却仍然存在，只是频闪更小而已。目前我国尚未制订相关标准来检测护眼灯，至于什么样的灯才能达到护眼效果，现在也没有一个科学依据。近视是综合性因素导致的，用眼不卫生、写字姿势不正确、书本与眼睛距离不当、用眼过度等，都会造成视觉疲劳，从而导致近视，并非使用了护眼灯就不近视了。
    专家建议家长，给孩子购买灯具时最好选用可调节亮度的弱黄光白炽灯（45W即可）做台灯，注意局部照明与整体照明同时使用，这样才有利于保护眼睛。
