刨床安全操作规程
1.工件必须卡紧,刨削前应先将刨刀升高,方准开车。
2.刨削前要调整好刨刀位置，避免吃力过大。
3.牛头刨的操作人员必须站在工作台两侧，其最大行程内不准站人，严禁头或手伸进刀具行程内检查工件。
4.龙门刨的床面上严禁站人或堆放物件，床面伸出部份和单臂龙门刨的侧面应装防护栏杆。
5.刀架螺丝要随时紧固，以防刀具突然脱落，刨刀不宜伸出过长。
6.切削过程中发现工件松动或移位时，必须停车找正紧固。
