1. Provide advice, strategies and problem solving to project personnel on all Health & Safety issues to achieve the goal of "No Harm" during the project.
2. Promote a clluture in where Health and Safety is a value that will never be compromised.
3. Implementation of the Project Health and Safety policy.
4. Implementation and maintenance of the Project Health and Safety Management System in accordance with Client and Hatch policies and standards plus the applicable local legislation and statutory requirements.
5. Provide assistance in all pre-contract and tendering for the Project in relation to Health and Safety.
6. Participate in Health and Safety training of personnel,including Project staff and Contractors as required.
7. Deliver the site induction training as per the Hub/Project schedule.
8. Report on accident/incident statistics to both the Project and Hatch.
9. Perform duties as required aligned with the Health & Safety Senior Advisor's role.
10. Regularly attend Contractors' pre start and tool-box meetings.
11. Formally review Contractors' Health and Safety Plans prior to the Contractor mobilizing to site.
12. Provide support to the development and implementation of Hub/Project Emergency Response Plan.
13. Provide assistance with relevant Statutory Government Act and Regulations on Health and Safety matters.
14. Report on Health & Safety activities and perfomance as required.
15. Investigate, develop and implement new health & Safety initiatives.
16. Lead / assist accident / incident investigations and site hazard inspections.
17. Maintain the audit and inspection prograqm.
18. Lead / facilitate Project job Hazard Analysis training.
19. Provide training sessions in the application of Project Standards and Safe Work Procedures.
