Confined Space Entry 受限空间作业

In order to perform a safe job and avoid injury,strictly observe these 10 rules

为了施工安全,避免伤害的发生，必须严格遵守以下十条规定。

o All confined spaces are identified and marked.
            所有受限空间都要进行确认并在入口处贴上警示标志。
o No entry without a risk assessment, Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Permit to Work (PTW).
            没有风险评估、JSA工作安全分析及工作许可证-不准进入。
o All personnel involved are trained and competent and have reviewed the JSA prior to starting the work.
            所有相关人员都要经过培训且能胜任，在开工前回顾工作安全分析。
o No entry without a watchman with radio and an exit/entry log. Working alone is not allowed.
            没有观察员守在出入口外通过对讲机保持联络，没有进出登记表时-不准进入，禁止单独作业。
o Emergency plan to evacuate entrapped person must be in place.
            撤出受困人员的紧急救援计划必须到位。
o All sources of energy affecting the confined spaces are isolated using the Lock Out / Tag Out procedure.
            使用挂锁/挂牌程序对影响受限空间的所有能源进行隔离。
o Proper access / egress must be in place.
            符合要求的进口/出口必须就位。
o Ensure atmospheric testing is conducted and proper ventilation exists prior to entry.
            在进入前确保对气体进行过检测且合适的通风措施配置到位。
o Only low voltage electrical appliances (lights & small tools) are allowed.
            只允许使用低压电动器具（照明&小工具）。
o If person in Confined Space looses consciousness, do not enter - call for help!
             如果在受限空间里的人员失去意识，不要进入-报警！
