2014年11月7日，武汉市急救中心举行一场模拟面对突发灾害地空协同医疗救助演习。灾情设想为有一栋大楼倒塌，造成大量人员受伤。演习目的为提高应对突发公共事件医疗卫生救援应急处置能力，减轻和消除突发事件引起的严重社会危害，减轻突发公共事故的死亡率。
