炼钢工防伤害5 条措施

炼钢工防伤害,应注意以下几点:
(1) 熔炼中以免注意不要加入过量的氧化剂,不要剧烈搅动钢液。
(2) 禁止将潮湿原料、报废的武器弹药、密封容器作为废钢加入炉内,以免引起爆炸。钢水、红渣不得倒入潮湿的盛钢桶、钢渣包或潮湿地上
(3) 发现漏炉、漏包、循环水中断或炉内漏水,要立即采取相应的安全措施。
(4) 钢水包不要装得太满,行车吊动时要严格遵守操作规程,严防发生翻包爆炸事故。
(5) 必须按规定穿戴劳动保护用品,不戴劳动护具者不得上岗。
