1 冲模安装工开始安装冲模前的安全守则是什么？
    在开始安装冲模前，要检查冲模是否完整，必要的防护装置是否完全，安装用的各种工具是否齐备，冲床是否分离的位置，冲模用的起重装置是否完备安全，冲床的四周是否有宽敞的工作场地；冲床台面上，固定冲模处照明是否充足，在冲床上的一切防护装置及防护罩是否完善，位置是否校正，润滑系统的状况是否正常。
2 冲模安装工工作时的安全守则是什么？
    应注意适当升起或抬高冲模，并用戴着手套的手把冲模移到压力机台面上，当心手指被夹伤。在冲模对准后，准备装紧凸模与凹模的同时，应注意板手不可从螺帽上滑脱，要用木锤敲击，导柱不可从套筒中脱出。
3 冲模安全技术守则是什么？
    冲模的结构应满足冲压工作的安全条件，圆形的边缘，导柱不外露，要有适当的挡销，顶件器和卸料板在上板座或下板座上设有毛料位置的窝穴，要有压缩空气管，要使冲模搬移和安装方便及有便于升起重的冲模的设备。顶件器，推件器和各种卸料板，压床上的压板及其它类似的装置结构必须可靠，要经常对这种装置的工作进行经常性检查。冲模必须根据工作种类装设各种防护设备。
