男性多做家务有益身体健康

根据澳大利亚的一项调查显示，男性在空闲时间多做家务和陪伴孩子有益身体健康。研究结果还显示，无聊是导致高死亡率的主因。
    科研人员对186名年龄在20岁～75岁之间的男性进行调查，假设有两天以上的休闲时光，他们将从事哪些活动消磨时间。调查结果显示大部分受访者在空闲时间感到无聊和寂寞，而这和高死亡风险有密切的相关性。
    科研人员指出，这项研究综合考虑了统计学、健康以及行为风险三种因素，结果显示，无聊会让男人沉溺于酒精、烟草以及将生命浪费在家中客厅的沙发上，也因此导致糖尿病以及肥胖等，而所有这些都会增加男性的死亡风险。因此，男性朋友若想活的健康长寿，多做家事是相当有必要的。
    细节提醒
    心理学家戈特曼曾对一些新婚夫妇进行了研究，结果发现，丈夫照顾孩子的时间越多，做的家务越多，和妻子日常交流得越多，那么妻子对丈夫满意度以及夫妻性生活的和谐程度也就越高。单从这个意义上来说，男人也应该主动地去打扫浴室。
