孕妇不要随便使用祛斑类化妆品

女性怀孕后，全身各个系统都会发生变化，皮肤也不例外，可能会在面颊、乳头、乳晕、肚脐周围、下腹部正中线及外阴等处，出现色素沉着，面部常见呈蝶形分布的褐色斑。目前认为这可能与怀孕后体内黑色细胞刺激素增多有关；也可能是因为怀孕后，体内雌激素、孕激素水平升高，刺激了黑色素细胞的结果。另外也与个人的体质有关，并不是每个怀孕女性均出现。
    只要注意减少强烈的阳光照射，保证充分的睡眠，多吃富含优质蛋白质、维生素B1、维生素C的食品，可在一定程度上控制色素加深。
    不要随意使用激素类药物和含激素的化妆品。含有皮质类固醇激素的外用药品种繁多，又属于OTC用药，人们可以自行购买，所以误用滥用现象比较严重。
    细节提醒
    激素具有非特异性抗炎作用，早期还可抑制黑色素细胞分泌，因此初期涂抹时可有一定效果。但停用后色斑会再次复发。
