抛丸清理滚筒操作规程

1、遵守铸造设备通用操作规程。
2、工作前还必须遵守：
a、 检查抛头的叶片、定向套、分配轮和滚筒内护板等易损件的磨损情况，如磨损严惩应通知维修人员更换；
b、 分别启动各个机构，并检查抛头滚筒体、提升机和除尘器的运动是否平稳，确认一切正常后，方可进行生产。
3、工作中还必须遵守：
a、 按下列顺序工车：除尘器--抛头--提升机--滚筒。停车顺序相反，即滚筒--提升机--抛头--队尘器。
b、 零件的装载量和规格不超过规定量，防止零件被堆积在抛头的叶轮处；
c、 零件的清理时间，根据工艺要求来决定；
d、 启动抛头前，必须锁紧滚筒体大门，以免铁丸伤人；
e、 经常注意抛头的平稳性，如抛头震动大，应通知维修人员处理；
f、 根据铁丸消耗情况，经常补充新铁丸；
g、 未落砂的铸件，不得装入滚筒内清理，以免积砂过多，影响铁丸分离和铸件的清理效果；
h、 抛头及滚筒未停稳以前，严禁开门
4、工作后还必须遵守：
a、 消除积尘箱内积灰，然后把门关好；
b、 工作后，滚筒内不许存放零件。
