哪些疾病可引起耳聋

1、高血压与动脉硬化：是当今最常见的致聋性全身疾病，其致聋机理可能与内耳供血障碍，血液粘滞性升高，耳内脂质代谢紊乱有关。
    2、遗传性肾炎、各类肾病，透析与肾移植患者多有听力障碍：机理尚不十分明确，可能与低血钠所引起的内耳液体渗透平衡失调、血中尿毒和肌酐升高、低血压与微循环障碍、免疫反应等体内外多种因素综合有关。
    3、糖尿病性微血管病变：这种病变可波及耳蜗血管，使其管腔狭窄而导致供血障碍。
    4、原发性与继发性神经病变：因其可累及螺旋神经节细胞、螺旋神经纤维、第Ⅷ脑神经、脑干中的各级听神经元及大脑听觉中枢并使之发生病变所致。
    5、甲状腺功能低下：尤其是地方性克汀病患者耳聋极为普遍，原因是严重缺碘导致胎儿耳部结构发育期甲状腺激素不足。
    除以上常见全身疾病外，白血病、红细胞增多症、镰状细胞贫血、巨球蛋白血症、结节病等许多疾病都可致聋。
