“留城过年”是精彩的过年琵琶

无论离家多远，无论时间多紧，也无论路途多么艰辛，人们想方设法回家的原因只有一个，就是和亲人们过个团圆年。然而，随着时代的变迁、社会环境的变化，越来越多的外乡人选择留在青岛过春节。（1月19日《青岛日报》）
    抛却“回家念头”，让老家的父母、妻儿到打工城市过年，也不失为一种明智选择：错开了春运高峰、避免了排队买票、人员拥挤、险象环生，而且又能让家人开阔了视野、增长了见识，得到一次“没有拥挤的旅行”。可谓是一举数得。我为这些“留城过年”的反弹琵琶叫好。
    春运期间，海陆空的运量超过10亿人次。而与此相反的是，我国交通基础设施建设远不能满足春运需要。以铁路为例，我国铁路人均长度不到6厘米，还不及一根香烟长，速度与发达国家相比仍有较大差距。所以一到春运，总是“旅客过年，铁路‘过关’！春运瓶颈，短期是不可能突破的。”在这种情况下，与其用常态思维处理问题，在春运中拥挤不堪，为何不能推行双向思维、逆向思维呢？
    大量的运输资源在双向间流动，而客流却呈现明显的“单向惯性”，造成社会资源的巨大浪费。如果逆向思维者多了，就能节约一大批经济资源和客运资源。
    许多人之所以要在春节回家，主要是有一份思念，想让家人分享发展的成果和挣钱喜悦，而不是为了固守回家过年的传统。所以，在春运难题未能得到有效破解的今天，选择“让老人、孩子到打工城市过年”、“留城过年”，是对现代文化的一种顺应和适应。
    为了让“留城过年”得到更多人的认同，有关部门有必要将“逆向春运”纳入行政管理范围，进行制度化引导和经济鼓舞，比如对那些“留守民工”给予加班补助，给予民工家属车票补贴、过年红包等，多赏识、鼓励和引导“春运逆向思维”。当这种逆向思维真正达到“量”的积累，春运难题、春运瓶颈也就能得到“质”的解决。
