天冷了建议晨练改晚练 | 2008-11-14 10:10:00
随着立冬后气温转凉,早晚温差变化增大,脑血管病出现增多趋势。进入11月以后,脑血管意外患者明显增多,建议有晨练习惯的人最好改改锻炼的时间。
心脑血管疾病发病时间多在早晨,建议这类患者最好在太阳出来以后再去锻炼,或者把晨练改成晚练。老人早晨醒来后最好在床上躺几分钟,然后再缓慢起床,不要立即起身。可以在晚上睡觉前和早晨起床后喝一杯温开水。此外保持清淡饮食,荤素搭配,营养均衡。多吃低盐、低糖、低脂、高蛋白食品,少吃太甜、太油腻、太咸的食品。煲汤时应将表面的一层油脂除去。每餐最好吃八分饱,切忌过分饱食。现在高血压有年轻化趋势,年轻人也不能掉以轻心。
