鳞板输送机操作规程
适用机型：
1、宽度1000毫米鳞板输送机：139570（φ-72），159681（φ-73），159681（φ-74），139327（φ-76），139560（φ-77），131561，144010（0-7），139327（0-8），144053Б（0-22），94-186082，94-186092。
2、输送十字铁鳞板输送机：217529，217882，215714，
3、输送履带板淬火和鳞板输送机：
4、 其他鳞板输送机：94-074057，
一、 认真执行《机械化运输设备通用操作规程》有关规定。
二、认真执行下述鳞板输送机通用规定：
沿设备全长巡回检查，严防铸件、冒口、飞边、芯骨等卡入鳞板内。特别是拉紧装置处鳞板内腔及弧形轨道上升后更要注意上述问题。
三、认真执行下述鳞板输送机的特殊规定：
1、不准在输送落砂铸件的鳞板上打浇冒口或向炽热的铸件浇水。
