黑药烘干室技术安全操作规程
1、烘干前应检查箱内有无其他易燃物品，蒸汽开关。管道有无故障、门窗、插销是否抽开。
2、操作中要做到轻拿、轻放，严禁在烘房内梳发或敲击磨擦；药粒散在地上或烘箱内要及时扫除，倒入废药箱内，定期处理。
3、烘药每盘药量厚时时四厘米，不得堆积过厚，翻动药时，应采用木棒或有色金属工具，严禁使用黑色金属。
4、严格控制药温，经常检测温度情况，规定最高不得超过
5 、烘箱内严禁烘烤一切无关物品，室内严禁存易燃、爆炸及其他碰撞产生火花的黑色金属工具。
6、严格控制室内存药量，其存量必须按定员、定量规定执行，不准超过。
7、烘药结束，应可靠关闭蒸汽阀门，将烘箱内黑药取出，工具摆放整齐，打扫好卫生，关好门窗。
8、有两班作业，要严格执行交接手续，填好交接记录，做到情况明确，交接清楚。
