粗碎胶带运输机岗位安全技术规程
1、转车前，检查设备安全装置是否完好，设备周围确实无人，上下岗位联系好，发出信号后，引动皮带两次，每次间隔不少于十秒钟，方可转车。
2、设备运转禁止检修、拣铁等，不准随意从皮带通廊往外扔东西。
3、皮带停、转，一律禁止跨越、坐卧、扔放工具等，调整皮带跑偏时，防止绞伤。
4、转车、清扫皮带道时，不准用铁锹在皮带中间接货，防止矿块伤人与大轮皮带绞人。
5、皮带压住、捅溜咀或处理事故时，必须停车，不准强行转车。
6、检修处理事故时，切断动力电源，挂好检修牌，检修后要详细检查验收。
7、皮带压住时，严禁往前大轮塞沥青和皮带油。
8、按压扣要用绝缘棒，不准塞压扣。
9、在开动生产设备的同时，必须开动防尘设备。
10、清扫和设备维修时，禁止往电缆架和操作箱溅水，以防触电。
