悬辊磨机(雷蒙机)操作工安全操作规程

 

       1．工作物料输送装置的防护罩或栏杆应保持完好，坑盖应盖好，保证工作场所安全状况。
　　2．起动室内通风、除尘装置，试运转5分钟，使室内空气流通，然后再启动设备。没有除尘装置的，应开窗门，使室内自然通风良好，操作时应戴防尘口罩，人站在上风侧。
　　3．检查各操作机构是否齐全完整，开关仪表是否可靠，检查各连接件、紧固件、密封件是否正常并调整适当，检查磨辊装置、梅花架、铲刀架、风筛筛刀、钢卷等部件应完好，然后才能开车。
　　4．叶轮给料应保证正常运转，每次给料必须均匀，发现有“塞车”现象，应停车排除后，再运转。
　　5．运行后，若发现配套设备如鼓风机、喂料机、斗式提升机等异常现象应及时停车检查。
　　6．遵守电瓷工一般安全操作规程。
