                                                 MS09泥芯自动磨床操作规程

            1、遵守铸造设备操作规程。
            2、检查三角皮带的松紧度及磨损情况，如过紧、过松，或磨损严重，应予调整或更换。
            3、检查砂轮有无裂纹，如有裂纹，应予更换。
            4、检查夹具是否紧固，滚子排的转动是否灵活如不紧固工或不灵活，应先通知维修人
            员修理。
            5、先点动试车，然后空运转2-3分钟，检查各个机构的运动是否正常，确认一切正
            常后，方可进行生产。
            6、工作时，先启动砂轮，然后启动坭芯送给机构；停机顺序相反，即先停坭芯送给机构后停砂轮。
