万能磨床磨工安全操作规程

 

       1．磨削用的胎夹具、顶尖必须良好有效。固定胎夹具，顶尖的螺钉要紧固牢靠。磨削长工件应采取防弯措施。
　　2．往复变向油阀门必须灵敏可靠，行程挡铁要调整并紧固好。
　　3．开动砂轮前应将液压传动开关手柄放在“停止”位置上，调节速度手柄放在“最低速度”位置上，砂轮快速移动手柄应放在“后退’位置上，以防开车时，突然撞击。
　　4．装工件后，必须检查工件是否装夹牢固可靠。
　　5．油压系统压力应不得低于规定值。油缸内有空气肘，可移动工作台于两极端位置，排除空气，以防液压系统失灵造成事故。
　　6．严禁用无端磨机构的外圆磨床作端面磨削。
　　7．装卸较重工件应在床面上铺放木板。
　　8．拆卸工件时，必须使卡盘停止转动，并将砂轮退出以后，方能拆卸工件。
　　9．更换，修正砂轮应遵守磨工一般安全规程。
