花键磨床磨工安全操作规程

       1．对设备的机械、电器、防护装置、吸尘装置、砂轮等进行全面检查，保证良好，否则禁止开动。
　　2．装配更换砂轮应遵守磨工一般安全规程，并应进行静平衡试验及检查修整平衡，然后空转3～5分钟进行试验，此时操作者应站在侧面。
　　3．使用金钢石修整砂轮时，应注意金刚石的角度。修整时应戴防护跟镜。
　　4．在磨削花键、键槽工件时不准吃刀过猛过大，走刀要缓慢，卡箍要紧牢。为确保周围安全，砂轮正面不准站人，磨削时应挡好防护板。
　　5．检查表面粗糙度及测量工件时必须停车进行。
