钻工安全操作规程

       1．严禁戴手套操作。遵守机床工一般规程。
　　2．工件夹装必须牢固可靠。钻小件时，应用工具夹持，不准用手拿着钻。
　　3．使用自动走刀时，要选好进给速度，调整好行程限位块。手动进刀时，一般按照逐渐增压和逐渐减压原则进行，以免用力过猛造成事故。
　　4．钻头上绕有长铁屑时，要停车清除。禁止用风吹、用手拉，要用刷子或铁钩清除。
　　5．精铰深孔时，拔取圆器和销棒，不可用力过猛，以免手撞在刀具上。
　　6．不准在旋转的刀具下，翻转、卡压或测量工件。手不准触摸旋转的刀具。
　　7．使用摇臂钻时，横臂回转范围内不准有障碍物。工作前，横臂必须卡紧。
　　8．横臂和工作台上不准有浮放物件。
　　9．工作结束时，将横臂降到最低位置，主轴箱靠近立柱，并且都要卡紧
