苯酚熔化工安全操作规程

　   1．打开熔化间的通风设备，充分换气后方准进入室内。
　　2．检查所用工具、卡具、吊具等是否符合安全要求。
　　3．准确开启苯酚管路阀门，经检查确认符合要求后，方可启动苯酚泵打料。
　　4．调换吸料胶皮管时，要注意人体应避开管口方向。
　　5．将冷苯酚桶下入熔化槽时，下桶前需检查有无漏桶，不得将漏桶下入熔化槽内。
　　6．刚下入熔化槽的冷苯酚桶，应松动一下桶盖，便于桶内气体受热逸出。
　　7．工作后应切断电源。
