以下为您介绍几点实用的小方法,帮助您缓解眼部疲劳: 屏幕的亮度(电脑或电视)一定要柔和,有一定的对比度但不能太强烈,否则就会造成眼部疲劳。 长时间工作一段时间后,要把眼睛移开屏幕10或15分钟。 用水浸泡药用小米草或母菊花,搁至水温适宜,然后将毛巾浸湿,敷于眼部10到15分钟。 经常眨眼20分钟,因为眨眼是眼部的天然按摩师。 闭眼小憩片刻,能够预防眼部紧张或疲劳。 |
