路上的“隐患”你别踩

一年一度到乡下踏青，深深地感到新农村建设使农村面貌发生深刻变化。但喜中有几丝不安。
2009年4月6日，笔者到宜昌市猇亭区古老背一乡村小道上，早已硬化的水泥路面上有一个约0.8米见方的洞口却无人盖上，下面是2米左右的溪水。人不慎踩上去，或者骑车恰好撞上，人员非死即伤。对路人，特别是在晚上就是一个“陷阱”，没盖的洞的确是一个安全隐患。

如今，农村这样类似的安全隐患，是由谁来查谁来负责整改呢？安全意识谁来提高呢？
