1、 汛期来临前，根据水文气象情报，结合实际条件，围堰、厂房及其他水工建筑物，均应做好防洪渡汛安全准备(包括：防洪抢险人员、物资、通迅指挥等)。防洪渡汛期间，防洪抢险人员和物资均不准调作他用
2、 汛期来临前，应疏通施工区域和生活营地的排水系统，保证所有排水系统畅通无阻，洞室口作好防洪水倒灌工作。
3、 检查、维护施工及生活用电线路，保证汛期安全运行。
4、 汛期间，应组织专人巡逻检查，及时通告水文情况和洪峰情报。
5、 汛期间，施工淹没危险区的施工人员，必须撤离到安全地点施工。
6、 未竣工工程及临时设施工程，应分别根据情况，进行抗洪加固，在汛期间应对其加强情况观察或实施紧急安全措施。
