In order to perform a safe job and avoid injury,strictly observe  these 10 rules
为了工作安全，避免伤害的发生，必须严格遵守这十条规定。

o The vehicle is inspected, maintained and certified for use by a competent person.
            车辆应由专职人员进行检查、维修和使用认证。

 
o Drivers assess the suitability and safety of the vehicle prior to any journey or work  being undertaken.
            在旅行或工作前，司机应对车辆的适宜性和安全性进行评估。

 
o Drivers are licensed, trained and medically fit to operate the vehicle.
            司机必须经过培训、体检合格，持证驾车。

o Drivers are not under influence of alcohol, drugs or medicine and are not suffering from fatigue.
            严禁在酒精、毒品或药物的影响下驾驶，严禁疲劳驾驶。

o Drivers comply with the speed limits and the road rules.
            严格遵守限速规定及道路交通规则。

o The use of mobile phones and radios whilst driving is not allowed.
            驾驶时不允许使用手机和对讲机。

o People travel only in vehicles designed for personnel and the number of passengers does not exceed the manufacturer’s design specifications.
            应按规定乘坐指定的车辆，乘客不能超员。

o Driver shall not move off until all occupants are securely fastened.
           在所有乘客系好安全带之前，司机不得开车。

o Vehicles shall not enter a heavy equipment work area without first receiving visual or verbal confirmation from equipment operator or signalman.
            在没有得到大型设备操作手或信号工的示意和口头批准前，车辆不得进入大型设备工作区域。

 
o Loads are securely fastened and within the vehicle manufacturer specifications.
             根据车辆出厂说明书将运载货物安全地固定好。
