为充分发挥监理单位所起的监督、帮助、促进、协调、服务的作用，促使施工单位按市安全文明示范小区的建设标准执行，安全监理的任务主要是贯彻落实国家安全生产方针政策，督促施工单位按照建筑施工安全生产法规和标准组织施工，消除施工中的冒险性、盲目性和随意性，落实各项安全技术措施，有效的杜绝、控制和减少各类伤亡事故，实现安全生产。
