经常开展安全活动，增强安全意识（2）

结合班组安全实际，开展生动活泼的安全活动。活动的内容是：安全知识小测验、“三违”分析会、“当一天班长”体会、讲事故案例、质量分析会和“我为安全做贡献”等。其好处：一是活跃班组的空气，学到有关安全知识，避免一潭死水。二是相互学习，互相交流，共同提高。三是增长法律法规知识，以活动推进班组安全管理，以管理提高组员安全意识，增强班组的战斗力和凝聚力。
