为了加强对公司区域内的生产安全事故、急性中毒事故、急性中暑事故、危险化学品事故、重大设备事故、消防安全事故的有效控制，最大限度地降低事故危害程度，保障公司员工生命安全和健康，保障公司财产安全，保护环境，根据《中华人民共和国安全生产法》、《中华人民共和国消防法》、《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》、国务院《危险化学品安全管理条例》和XX省《特种设备安全监察条例》，制定本事故应急救援预案。
