1．工作中严禁戴手套。
2．开车前应认真检查设备各部位是否正常，滚轮是否在正常位置上，安全防护装置是否完好。
3．设备调整后，先低速点动试滚正常后，方可进行生产。
4．在设备运转中，手不得接触滚轮。上坯料(特别是φ20以内的坯料)时，手不得伸入两滚轮之间。
5．禁止在设备开动中进行调整、检修和擦拭设备。
6．工作中需要离开设备或临时停电时，必须切断电源。
